🔹 The Iranian (Asiatic) cheetah is one of Iran’s most valuable and, at the same time, most vulnerable wildlife species—a living heritage that forms an important part of our country’s natural identity.

🔺 The cheetah is more than just an animal species;
🔹 it is a symbol of biodiversity, Iran’s natural heritage, and our responsibility toward future generations.

❇️ As we approach Iranian Cheetah National Day, September 1 (9 Shahrivar), join Tabas UNESCO Global Geopark in the “9 Days to the Cheetah” campaign. Over the next nine days, we will learn more about this precious heritage, its habitat, the threats it faces, and ways to protect it.
