✅ Congratulatory message of Tabas UNESCO Global Geopark (UGGp) Director for registering and introducing the Geosite of Esfahk Historical Texture as the second best tourism village of Iran by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

🔶️According to Tabas UGGp public relations report, Dr. Shibani’s message is as follows:

🔸️ The very happy news that, historical village of Esfahk as the one of Tabas UGGp Geosites, has been nominated as the world’s best tourism village in 2024 the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) after the Kandavan village in 2023.

🔸️ Undoubtedly, after the registration of Tabas UNESCO Global Geopark and World Heritage Sites Caravanserai in UNESCO, with this auspicious event, the historical village of Esfahk and the valuable tangible and intangible heritage of this territory will once again be known to the people of the world, and we will witness sustainable economic prosperity and dynamism of local communities.
