Bahar Traditional Pastry Workshop is one of the partners of the Tabas UGGp, specializing in the production of traditional local sweets, especially Roovarkardeh — the authentic and traditional sweet of Tabas.
The name “Bahar” is inspired by my late grandfather, Gholamhossein Sabeghi’s sweet shop, which operated before the Tabas earthquake. With a deep passion for this craft, I started my own limited production in 2014 (1393 in the Iranian calendar), relying on God’s blessings and the support of my loved ones. Gradually, I expanded my business by acquiring semi-industrial equipment.
Our main goal in this workshop is to produce high-quality sweets using premium ingredients, without any artificial colors or preservatives, while also promoting women’s employment through job creation.
In addition to Roovarkardeh, we regularly produce a variety of sweets such as Nokhodchi, Chai, Pestei, Ferdowsi, Berenji, and Baklava cake. We also prepare sweets like Qottab, Tut-e Sefid (white mulberries), Apple Pie, Khormaei, Honey Tart, and Baklava upon order and for special occasions.
