Pakhal-bafi is one of the branches of mat-weaving, which refers to the weaving of baskets and decorative items using wheat stalks. This art was obsolete in the past years, which has been revived by Mrs. Fahime Bakhshipour during 6 years of continuous efforts. One of the most important centers that produces a variety of pakhal-bafi products is Niour Art Gallery, located in Eshghabad city, and these products are sent all over the country as well as abroad.
Among the activities of Mrs. Fahime Bakhshipour in the direction of reviving the art of pakhal-bafi, the following can be mentioned.

1- Receiving two national quality marks of handicrafts in the field of weaving
2- Compilation of the technical and professional standard of weaving
3- Holding more than 10 face-to-face training courses
4- Holding virtual training classes for cooking and weaving for the first time in Iran
5- Employing interested students after completing the training course
6- Cooperating with various departments such as education, relief committee and technical and professional center to teach the art of cooking and weaving.
