Message of appreciation and thanks to the members of the Tabas Geopark team,
Deputy Governor and Special Governor of Tabas

Tabas; It is a divine gift and a precious gem of the Almighty God to the warm-hearted people of the desert land and a valuable treasure of rich God-given resources that we have not appreciated as much as we should.
Geopark; As an area with obvious phenomena; Geology, history, ecology, archeology, cultural heritage and other significant natural phenomena; It has played a special role in introducing the natural and ancient capacities of a region to the people of that country and some of the world and also has a significant role in the endogenous economy.
Therefore, the city of Tabas, due to the existence of a large number of these phenomena, protected areas and rich capacities, many of which have not been discovered or left unused; The need to develop and expand the tools to exploit these phenomena in the form of a geopark is felt in it.
I would like to thank all the dear ones who have worked for the development of Tabas and the establishment of Tabas Geopark, and at the invitation of Professor Martini; The Chairman of the Supreme Council of UNESCO Geoparks seeks to globalize Tabas, especially the members of the Tabas Geopark team; Mrs. Dr. Vesal Yahya Sheibani, Dr. Mousavian, Mr. Ehsan Zamanian, Mr. Mehdi Rahmani and Mr. Abolfazl Ghanbari have appreciated and thanked them.
